CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a cancellation processing fee of 10% of the deposit to refund a credit card for cancellations made outside of 2 weeks.  If a cancellation occurs within the 2 week time period, we will try to rebook the unit, if we are successful, the processing fee would apply.  If we are unsuccessful you are liable for 50% of the reservation. 

If you cancel outside the two weeks and don’t want to pay the 10% processing fee, another option is having us hold your deposit as a credit for a future stay and there would be no fees taken out.

If you cancel inside the 2 weeks, we really try hard to book your unit out to get you your money back. The more time you give us to re-rent your unit the better chance we have of getting it booked so if you are going to cancel, don’t wait until the last minute.
