Cancellations: To refund a credit card there is a 10% fee. Up to 14 days before your arrival you can make changes and cancel. If you cancel inside of 14 days, you are liable for 50% of your reservation.
-There are no refunds for weather, road closures, sickness, or anything else that is out of our control.
-There are no refunds for early departures.
OCCUPANCY REGULATIONS – Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to:
1 Bedroom Unit 4-6 Person Maximum
1 Bedroom Plus Loft Unit 6-8 Person Maximum
Occupancy limits have been set by the local fire code. Violations of these limits may result in forfeiture of the remainder of your stay with NO Refund. If you have extra guests, please inquire about the availability of units.
Management reserves the right to change assigned accommodations and to refuse service, up to and including the day of arrival.
RESTRICTIONS: All of our condos are non smoking, non pet units, there is a minimum of $250 if you bring a pet or smoke in a unit. RV/Camper or trailer camping is Prohibited. Our facility has ample parking for our guests, if you are need of parking a large vehicle or trailer please contact the front office. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. Final payment is due on arrival.
FINAL PAYMENT: An automatic charge will be made to the credit card on file for the remainder of your balance if you leave without settling the amount due.
CONDITIONS: We have a 2 night minimum year round with exceptions during Holiday periods. We have a 3 night minimum during Christmas/New Years and a 3 night minimum for Presidents weekend. We reserve accommodations for the dates that you request and often turn away other potential guests. We do not overbook. Therefore, we are unable to refund for early departures, arrivals a day late or reservation changes within the cancellation period stated above.
DAMAGES: All condos are checked by housekeeping and management prior to their arrival and again after their departure. A guest has 24 hours after their arrival to notify the front desk of any damages in the unit. We do not allow smoking or pets in any of our condos. Guest(s) are liable for any and all damages to the premises and to furnishings, equipment and household items within the unit, occurring during guest’s occupancy. Any damage costs, phone charges, mailing fees for items left behind, etc, will be charged against the credit card on file as stated in the security deposit policy.
PARKING: Parking passes will be issued upon check in (when needed). 1 Bedroom condos are allotted a maximum of 2 parking spaces. 1 bedroom plus loft condos have a maximum of 3 parking spaces.
