In addition to the rate there is a one time $25 linen fee and 13% tax that gets added to each reservation.
We take a 50% deposit non holiday and 100% deposit during holiday periods upon booking and the rest is due upon arrival.
If you see an opening during the Christmas Holiday that is under 5 nights, give us a call and we will fit you into that slot. This is a busy time of year, so we try to make every night count.
